Human Resources will guide you through the onboarding process. Some paperwork is completed online, and some is completed by appointment in the Human Resources office. You will also need to visit Occupational Health
for drug testing and they will schedule a pre-employment physical and review of your health requirements. You will be asked to complete a criminal record release form, as well as authorize verification of your past employment and education. If you have been hired into a position that requires a license or certification, your credentials will be verified. You will need to complete a W4 form for taxes, bring in your license plate number for your parking pass and sign a confidentiality agreement. You will also have the option of signing up for direct deposit which will require you to provide us with your banking information.
