Reimagining Health Care in the Merrimack Valley

On August 29, 2024, Lawrence General Hospital signed an asset purchase agreement that will allow Holy Family Hospital, both the Methuen and Haverhill campuses, to join Lawrence General Hospital to build a true regional health care system in the Merrimack Valley.

We got a Cummings grant!

Lawrence General Hospital has been awarded a $90,000 grant over the next three years through the Cummings Foundation’s $30 Million Grant Program. The grant will help the hospital develop a new program that specifically supports prenatal and postpartum education and monitoring for Merrimack Valley-area mothers and babies.
