Hybrid Operating Suite

At Lawrence General Hospital, our Santagati Center for surgery features the only hybrid operating suite north of Boston. This suite offers the surgical and high-resolution imaging technology to allow a vascular surgeon to leverage a full range of surgical options during peripheral artery surgery. A surgeon can repair some arterial disease using minimally invasive techniques and then, seamlessly, switch to traditional open surgical techniques as the situation requires, and then back again. One patient may require the full capabilities of the hybrid operating suite in a single procedure.
