At a special Nurses Week breakfast held today in the Kurth Auditorium, our chief nursing officer Karen Moore, RN, announced the recipients of the annual Lawrence General nursing awards. Congratulations to these individuals for their professionalism, clinical expertise, and ongoing dedication to the patients we serve!
During the event, Eduardo Haddad, MD, president of the Medical Staff, also announced the recipients of the annual Medical Staff Scholarships, and spoke about the essential role nurses play in today’s complex health care landscape.
