The North Andover High School Health and Fitness Expo, a collaboration with Lawrence General Hospital, will take place on Tuesday, February 5, 10 am - 1 pm, in the North Andover High School Field House (430 Osgood Street). Featuring more than 25 exhibitors and interactive workshops for teens and adults focused on maintaining fitness, preventing injuries, and enhancing overall wellbeing, the event is free and open to the public.

Since February is also Heart Month, experts from Lawrence General Hospital’s highly regarded Cardiovascular Center will also be on site providing education on heart health and cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment.
