The Weight Management and Bariatric office is located on the third floor of Andover Medical Center at 323 Lowell Street, Andover, MA. You can reach the office by calling 978-946-8450. The office is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You can also contact the office at WeightManagement@lawrencegeneral.org. It is important to note that once you are enrolled into our program and follow through with surgery, all procedures are performed at Lawrence General Hospital and not at Andover Medical Center.
