BILLING & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
After you are discharged from the hospital, your bill will be submitted directly to your insurance carrier. If there is a remaining balance beyond insurance coverage, you will receive a statement for that amount from the Hospital. If you would like to receive an itemized bill, you may request one from Patient Accounts. Payment plans are available.
For questions regarding your Hospital bill, please call Patient Accounts at (978) 683-4000, ext. 2850 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Hospital bills can be paid online, in person by visiting the Cashiers Office on the first floor of the Hospital, or by sending payments to:
