Lawrence General Board Welcomes Well Known Dentist to the Board
March 31, 2016 - Lawrence, MA - Norman Rogers, DDS has attended to the smiles of the residents of our area for 40 years. Now he will bring his knowledge of our local communities to the Board of Trustees of Lawrence General Hospital, to attend to the larger issue of health care in the Merrimack Valley.
"On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I want to say how pleased we are to have someone of the caliber and experience of Dr. Rogers to serve with us at the hospital," adds the board chairman, Matthew A. Caffrey. "This is a very exciting time for Lawrence General Hospital, and I am particularly happy to welcome Dr. Rogers as we continue to refine and expand the hospital's services to our local community and beyond."
"People like Norm are important members to have on a board," says Dianne J. Anderson, president and CEO of Lawrence General Hospital. "His practice gives him a strong sense of the community's concerns and needs, he's well known as a professional in our region, and a familiar face in Andover in other capacities - serving as a leader in his faith community and even coaching Little League and Soccer."
Dr. Rogers attended the University of New Hampshire and the Georgetown University School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Merrimack Valley District Dental Society.
